Access to storage area is provided from 8:00 AM until dark, 7 days a week, including holidays.
What type of access do I have to my storage unit?
We offer non-heated units in sizes 5’ x 10’, 10’ x 10’, 10’ x 15’, 10’ x 20’, 10’ x 25’, as well as heated units in sizes 10’ x 15’ and 10’ x 20’, all with garage-style rollup door. Click here to learn more about our storage units.
What type of units do you have?
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, there is a $20.00 refundable deposit added at time of move-in.
Our non-heated units are in a locked compound. Additional security is provided by video surveillance, and the owner lives onsite.
What security do you offer?
What notice is required to vacate the unit?
We ask for 2 weeks written notice of move out date, as well as acknowledgment that the unit is empty and your lock has been removed (a locked unit is a rented unit and you will be responsible for rent payment).
