Frequently Asked Questions about Storage in the Hamilton, ON Area

What type of units do you have?

We offer non-heated units in sizes 5’ x 10’, 10’ x 10’, 10’ x 15’, 10’ x 20’, 10’ x 25’, as well as heated units in sizes 10’ x 15’ and 10’ x 20’, all with garage-style rollup door.


Do you require a security deposit?

Yes, there is a $20.00 refundable deposit added at time of move-in.


What type of access do I have to my storage unit?

Access to storage area is provided from 8:00 AM until dark, 7 days a week, including holidays.


What security do you offer?

Our non-heated units are in a locked compound. Additional security is provided by video surveillance, and the owner lives onsite.


What notice is required to vacate the unit?

We ask for 2 weeks written notice of move out date, as well as acknowledgment that the unit is empty and your lock has been removed (a locked unit is a rented unit and you will be responsible for rent payment).


Do you offer parking?

Yes, we have compound parking for vehicles, boats, trailers, RV's and motorhomes up to 38'. We also offer weekly parking for cars for passengers who are flying out of the Hamilton Airport. Extra charges for taxi rides apply, as well as pick-up/drop off during business hours.
